Overview
What Meme Industries is
Launch a token for anything. Decide what its fees do.
Meme Industries is a launchpad where every token can carry a purpose. A creator picks a launch mechanism and sets the token’s trading fees and how each fee splits. Part of every fee can fund the token’s War Chest: a vault nobody can withdraw from, whose capital only its holders can direct, by vote.
A token can be for anything: acquiring an asset, funding an AI agent, a creator, a cause, a school or a business, or something new. The platform fee is 20% of the total fee a trade pays (on a 1% fee, 0.2% of the trade); everything else about a token’s economics is set by its creator at launch.
How it works
- Launch. One transaction creates a fixed-supply token, its locked market, a War Chest vault and a governor, on one of four launch mechanisms: Meme Industries, Bonding curve (Pons fork), Uniswap v3, Uniswap v2. See Launching.
- Trade. Every trade pays the token’s fee, at the rates fixed at launch and within what its mechanism allows. See Trading and fees.
- War Chest. Each fee splits between the platform fee, the creator, the War Chest and, on the Meme Industries mechanism, the pool. The War Chest’s share accumulates in the token’s vault. See War Chest.
- Holder vote. Holders stake to vote on typed proposals: set a target, reserve capital, elect stewards. Stewards spend a reservation only through atomic escrow, within the bounds the vote set. See Governance and execution.
On-chain execution, off-chain objectives
Meme Industries is infrastructure. It does not choose targets, hold the keys to any vault, arrange purchases or operate anything a War Chest funds.
Launching
How a launch works, what a creator sets, and the four launch mechanisms side by side.
How a launch works
Launching is permissionless. Any wallet calls launch on a launch factory; nothing is reviewed or approved. One transaction creates everything at once: the token, its market with locked liquidity, its War Chest and its governor. There is no presale, and the launch wallet receives no tokens.
The creator chooses the launch mechanism, the buy and sell fees, how each fee splits, the War Chest’s asset and, optionally, a target. The Launch form suggests starting values; they are suggestions, not defaults, and each token’s page shows what its creator chose.

The other mechanisms’ fee options are compared under Launch mechanisms.
Launch mechanisms
A creator picks a mechanism, not a different platform: launching, trading, the token page and the War Chest all stay in this app. Every mechanism launches the same kind of token, with the same War Chest, creator escrow and holder governance and the same 20% launch-wallet cap, and the platform fee is 20% of the total fee a trade pays on all of them. What differs is the market the token trades in and the fee options its creator gets.

How a mechanism is added
- Start from existing infrastructure. Fork a launchpad’s open-source code, with attribution, or launch into an established venue’s unmodified pool contracts, with a Meme Industries locker holding the liquidity.
- Remove the original developer’s fee. A fork keeps no cut for the team whose code it started from: the bonding curve has no Pons developer fee. A venue’s own protocol fee can’t be removed, because it is part of the venue’s pool contracts. It is listed as the third-party fee and comes out of the creator and War Chest part, never the platform fee.
- Add the Meme Industries layer. Custom buy and sell fees where the market supports them, the fee split, the War Chest and holder governance.
Each mechanism’s factory enforces its options, and the Launch page reads the current limits when you launch. Which mechanisms are deployed on a network, and their contracts, are listed under Deployment.
Solana
What exists, on the same Launch page and with the same War Chest idea: Solana launches through three launchpads, Meteora (dynamic bonding curve, then a DAMM v2 pool), Pump.fun and Raydium LaunchLab (paired with SOL, USDC or, on Raydium, tokenized stocks). Each token gets a War Chest on Solana, a Realms governance with a native treasury, and holders vote with their tokens to spend it.
Fees differ from Robinhood Chain because each launchpad keeps its own cut first: Meteora takes 20% of every trading fee before the split, and Pump.fun and Raydium charge their own venue fees. The creator’s routes, the War Chest and the platform share the rest. Voting rules are the same floors as here: 2% of supply voting yes and more yes than no.
Pump.fun’s own admins keep a community-takeover power over a coin’s fee settings, and the issuers of stock tokens can pause or freeze transfers. Both are shown in the launch form when they apply.

Trading and fees
How each mechanism charges its fees, where each fee goes, and a worked example.
How fees work
Fees are fixed per token at launch and nobody can change them afterwards: not holders, not the creator, not Meme Industries. Each fee splits the way its creator set it:
- Platform fee
- 20% of each feeMeme Industries' share, on every mechanism
- Creator share
- Set by the creatorPaid into a creator escrow: a quarter vests over 12 months, the rest unlocks only when an acquisition settles on-chain.
- Pool share
- Set by the creator, on the Meme Industries mechanism onlyLeft in the pool for good; nobody collects it.
- War Chest
- The rest of each feeHeld in the token's vault, in its quote asset.
Where a venue takes its own protocol fee, it comes out of the creator and War Chest part, never the platform fee. How each mechanism charges and collects its fees:
The Meme Industries mechanism
- Origin
- Built by Meme Industries
- Market
- Uniswap v4 pool with the Meme Industries hook
- Buy and sell fees
- Separate buy and sell fees, 0 to 10% eachSet separately; they may not both be zero.
- Fee split
- 20% of each fee to the platform; the rest to the War Chest, creator and pool, as the creator sets it
Market
- Each token trades in one Uniswap v4 pool created through Meme Industries’ hook,
CanonicalMarket, quoted in the token’s quote asset. The pool’s own LP fee is zero; the hook charges the token’s fee. - Launch liquidity is single-sided and locked. The tokens sit in one position from the starting price up. The hook owns it forever: there is no function to remove it or collect from it. With no liquidity below the launch price, the price cannot fall below it.
- No third-party liquidity: adding liquidity to the pool reverts, as do exact-output swaps.
- Any router can trade it, and the hook charges the token’s fee on every swap (a side set to 0% pays none). The app uses
MarketRouter, which also sweeps the fee into the vault in the same transaction.
How fees are charged
- Buy
- The buy fee is taken from the quote asset paid in, before the swap.
- Sell
- The sell fee is taken from the quote asset paid out, after the swap.
- Pool share
- Donated to the pool in the same swap, as fees owed to the locked position. Nobody can ever collect them, so they stay in Uniswap's PoolManager for good. They do not add trading depth or support the price.A donation raises the position's uncollected fees, not the pool's liquidity. If a swap ends with no active liquidity, its pool share is held and donated by the next swap that finds liquidity. It never reaches the War Chest, the creator or Meme Industries.
- The rest
- Flushed to the vault after the trade settles. syncFees() splits it: the platform fee and the creator's share first, rounded down; the War Chest takes the remainder. So rounding dust stays in the War Chest, and Meme Industries never receives more than its share of a fee.
Limits
- No anti-snipe protection: anyone, including bots, can buy at the opening price.
Bonding curve (Pons fork)
- Origin
- Forked launchpad · Forked from Pons (MIT)Pons's developer fee (30% of its 1% base fee) is removed.
- Market
- Bonding curve, then a Uniswap v4 pool after graduation
- Buy and sell fees
- Separate buy and sell fees, 0 to 10% eachSet separately; they may not both be zero.
- Fee split
- 20% of each fee to the platform; the rest to the War Chest and creator, as the creator sets it
Limits
- The whole supply starts on the curve, so there is no reserve allocation.
- Graduation happens only when the curve has collected a fixed threshold of the quote asset (shown in US dollars when you launch and on the token page).
- No pool share of fees.
- After graduation, fees paid in the token are converted to the quote asset by an operator.
- No anti-snipe protection: anyone, including bots, can buy at the opening price.
Uniswap v3
- Origin
- Existing Uniswap contractsUnmodified Uniswap v3 pool contracts; a Meme Industries locker holds the liquidity.
- Market
- Uniswap v3 pool, liquidity locked forever
- Buy and sell fees
- One fee for buys and sells: 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.3% or 1%
- Fee split
- 20% of each fee to the platform; the rest to the War Chest and creator, as the creator sets it
- Third-party fee
- Uniswap's protocol fee, where it is on for the pool: 1/6 of the fee at the 0.3% and 1% tiers, 1/4 at 0.01% and 0.05%. It comes out of the creator and War Chest part, never the platform's 20%.
- Fees paid in the token
- The creator chooses at launch: burn them, or swap them to the quote asset.
Limits
- Buys and sells pay the same fee: 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.3% or 1%. No separate buy and sell fees, nothing above 1%.
- No pool share of fees.
- Sell fees arrive in the token: you choose to burn them or swap them to the quote asset.
- Anyone can add liquidity to the pool or open other pools; fees earned there don't reach the War Chest.
- The starting market cap snaps down slightly to the tier's price grid.
- No anti-snipe protection: anyone, including bots, can buy at the opening price.
Uniswap v2
- Origin
- Existing Uniswap contractsUnmodified Uniswap v2 pair contracts; a Meme Industries locker holds the liquidity.
- Market
- Uniswap v2 pair, liquidity locked forever
- Buy and sell fees
- 0.3% on buys and sells, fixed
- Fee split
- 20% of each fee to the platform; the rest to the War Chest and creator, as the creator sets it
- Third-party fee
- Uniswap's protocol fee, where it is on for the pair: 1/6 of the 0.3%. It comes out of the creator and War Chest part, never the platform's 20%.
- Fees paid in the token
- The creator chooses at launch: burn them, or swap them to the quote asset.
- Quote side
- The creator deposits the quote side of the pair at launch; it stays locked in the pair forever.
Limits
- Fixed 0.3% on buys and sells. No separate buy and sell fees.
- You deposit the quote side at launch (for example about $4,500 for a $5,000 start with a 10% reserve); it stays locked in the pair forever.
- No pool share of fees.
- Fees come out of the pair in both assets; the token part is burned or swapped, your choice.
- Anyone can add liquidity to the pair or open other pools; fees earned by that liquidity don't reach the War Chest.
- No anti-snipe protection: anyone, including bots, can buy at the opening price.
Worked example
What a token’s War Chest receives from one trade, on each side.
| 1,000 USDG trade | Buy (1% fee) | Sell (2% fee) |
|---|---|---|
| Fee | 10.00 USDG | 20.00 USDG |
| War Chest (70%) | 7.00 USDG | 14.00 USDG |
| Platform fee (20%) | 2.00 USDG | 4.00 USDG |
| Creator (5%) | 0.50 USDG | 1.00 USDG |
| Pool (5%) | 0.50 USDG | 1.00 USDG |
War Chest per trade = trade × fee × War Chest share. On the buy: 1,000 × 1% × 70% = 7.00 USDG
War Chest
How a War Chest is funded, what its balances mean, how reservations are limited, and what it can be used for.
Funding and balances
Each token’s vault holds its War Chest in the pool’s quote asset (USDG or WETH). Fees arrive in that asset and stay in it: no conversion, no oracle, no swap. A WETH War Chest carries ETH price exposure. The vault has no owner, no admin, no upgrade and no withdraw function.
States
- Available
- Can be reserved by a vote.
- Reserved
- Reserved by an executed Reserve proposal for one typed purchase. Returns to available when a ReleaseReservation vote passes, a steward cancels it, or it expires.
- Escrowed
- Funded by a steward into an atomic escrow for a specific counterparty and asset.
- Deployed
- Paid out in a settled escrow, in exchange for the asset.
- Protocol claimable
- The accrued platform fee. Not part of the War Chest. Anyone can send it to the protocol treasury with claimProtocol().On Uniswap launches the fee locker pays the platform fee straight to the protocol treasury when fees are collected, so this stays at zero.
War Chest = available + reserved + escrowed.
Reservation limits
- Reservation cap
- 50% of available + reserved per rolling 30 daysThe window starts at its first reservation; the previous window still counts while any of it is younger than the window.
- Reservation time limit
- 90 days by default, at most 180 days
- Quote asset
- A reservation can never target the vault's own quote asset.
What a War Chest is for
Optional. A target is how a token states its objective on-chain. A token can launch with one, with none, or have one named, changed or cleared later by vote.
- Creator provided
- In the launch metadata. Nobody approved it.
- Named by holder vote
- Set by an executed SetTarget proposal.
- Changed by holder vote
- An executed SetTarget replaced an earlier target.
- An estimate is an objective, not an authorization. Reaching it unlocks nothing and pays nobody; spending still needs its own Reserve vote. Progress compares the War Chest’s value in US dollars with the estimate’s, and is shown only when both are known; the app never guesses a price.
- History is kept. Each proposal and event refers to the target version current at its time.
- Format: name, description, image, link and an optional estimate in USDG or WETH, inside the metadata JSON (at most 2,048 bytes). A vote stores it as the SetTarget URI; the vault emits
TargetSet. - No category is banned. A target can be an asset to acquire, a business, a physical thing or a collectible, or an objective such as funding a school, an AI agent or a charity.
- On-chain and off-chain. Acquiring an ERC-20 or ERC-721 asset delivered to the vault is the one spending path the contracts carry out (see Execution). Objectives paid off-chain need someone to carry them out: see On-chain execution, off-chain objectives.
Governance and execution
How holders vote, what a proposal can do, and how an approved purchase is carried out.
Staking and voting
Each token has its own governor. Voting weight is tokens staked in it, not tokens held. Owning tokens, being able to propose, and being able to execute are three different things.
Defaults for new launchesread on-chain · Deployment
- Voting weight
- Tokens staked at the proposal's snapshot. Staking or unstaking after the snapshot changes nothing.
- Proposal threshold
- The larger of 0.5% of staked tokens and 0.1% of supply (1,000,000 tokens)Staked at least one second before proposing
- Open proposals
- One Pending or Active proposal per proposer at a time
- Voting delay
- 1 hourFrom proposal to snapshot, when voting opens
- Voting period
- 3 days
- Quorum
- FOR votes of at least the larger of 10% of staked at the snapshot and 2% of supply (20,000,000 tokens)The supply floor means a lone small staker can never pass anything while little is staked
- To pass
- More FOR than AGAINST, and quorum
- Supermajority
- 66% of votes cast, with the staked quorum raised by 10 percentage pointsFor a Reserve that offers reserve tokens, ExtendReserveSunset and ReplaceCreator
- Execution delay
- 1 dayAfter voting closes
- Execution window
- 30 daysAfter that, a passed proposal expires
- Execution
- By anyone, exactly once
- Cancellation
- By the proposer only, and only before voting opens
- Recovery
- While a token is Inactive or Dormant, any staker may propose a steward election. Quorum still applies.
Each token keeps the parameters it launched with; its page shows them. The factory owner can change these defaults for future launches only, within the bounds under Control and authority.
Typed proposals
- SetTarget
- Name, change or clear the target
- Reserve
- Reserve capital for one typed purchase (see Execution)
- ReleaseReservation
- Return a reservation to available
- ElectStewards
- Replace the stewards (up to 7)
- RemoveSteward
- Remove one steward
- DeactivateCreator
- Stop creator compensation for cause; unvested compensation goes to the War Chest
- ReplaceCreator
- Name a new creator (supermajority)
- ExtendReserveSunset
- Keep the Acquisition Reserve past its sunset (supermajority)
- TreasuryPolicyDocument
- Record a document's hash. Moves nothing.
Execution: reservations, stewards and escrow
A passed proposal does exactly one typed thing. For spending, that thing is a reservation, and a reservation is a bound, not a payment.
- Reserve (vote). The proposal types the asset (ERC-20 or ERC-721 and its address), the minimum amount or token id, the maximum capital, any reserve-token consideration, a time limit, and optionally the counterparty. Executing it moves that capital from available to reserved.
- Fund (steward). A steward opens an atomic escrow within those bounds: capital at most the maximum, asset at least the minimum, expiry inside the reservation, and the vote’s counterparty if it named one. If it didn’t, the steward chooses an eligible counterparty. The creator, stewards, the quote asset and protocol contracts are never eligible.
- Settle (anyone). The counterparty delivers.
AtomicEscrowpulls the asset, checks it arrived by balance or ownership, then pays: in one transaction or not at all. The purchase is recorded as verified on-chain and the capital becomes deployed. - Or return. A steward can cancel, and anyone can expire an escrow or reservation past its deadline. Capital returns to reserved while the reservation is valid, otherwise to available.
Stewards execute; they don’t decide. The launch wallet is the first steward, and holders elect up to 7 stewards or remove one by vote. Stewards cannot withdraw, retarget, or spend outside a reservation.
Technical reference
Token mechanics, who controls what, how data is read and verified, known limits, and where the contracts are deployed.
Token mechanics
- Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000, minted once and fully distributed inside the launch transaction: the Acquisition Reserve is locked and the rest seeds the market. No mint function, no owner.
- Launch wallet cap. The wallet that launched can never hold more than 20% of supply, counting tokens it has staked; a buy that would take it past the cap reverts. It caps one address. It is not Sybil resistance: nothing on-chain links other wallets to the creator.
- Acquisition Reserve. Reserve tokens leave only as consideration inside a settled, voted purchase, into a vesting escrow of at least 1 year. Unused tokens burn after 4 years unless holders extend it by supermajority. Reserve tokens cannot be staked while the reserve or a vesting escrow holds them.
- Descriptive data (tagline, description, image, links, optional target) lives in the launch’s
metadataURI. See Data.

Creator compensation and lifecycle
- The creator share accrues, in the quote asset, to a creator escrow. 25% of each accrual vests linearly over 1 year; 75% unlocks on each purchase the protocol verifies. Unvested compensation goes to the War Chest if holders deactivate the creator for cause or the token goes Dormant. Meme Industries never receives it.
- Active → Inactive after 90 days without steward activity (a warning, nothing else) → Dormant after a further 180 days without governance activity and no live reservation (creator compensation and bond forfeit to the War Chest). Electing stewards restores Active.
Data and discovery
- Discovery is permissionless. Every launch event from a launch factory listed under Contract addresses is a token. There is no approval queue and no database row to wait for.
- Descriptions come from the launch’s
metadataURI: adata:application/json;base64document of at most 2,048 bytes with tagline, description, image, links and an optional target. Images are https links or uploads served by this app. - Events read on the Meme Industries mechanism: VehicleLaunched (factory), Bought/Sold (router), FeeAccounted/TargetSet/Reserved/EscrowFundedFromReservation/AcquisitionSettled (vault), Staked/Unstaked/ProposalCreated/VoteCast/ProposalExecuted/ProposalCanceled (governor). The other mechanisms are read the same way, from their own launch factories, pools and routers.
- Refresh. The app re-reads launches and each token about every 30 seconds, and serves the last good read for a few minutes while it refreshes. Values on this page are cached for up to 5 minutes.
- When the chain can’t be read, pages say so and show the last good values marked stale, or only the launch facts. They never substitute examples or made-up data.
Verification
- Tokens
- Read from their contracts, on the network listed under Deployment.
- Ideas
- Suggestions written by Meme Industries: a name, a concept and a suggested fee setup anyone can launch. Not tokens: no balances, prices or votes, and never counted in totals, activity, decisions or acquisitions.
Outcomes
- Verified onchain
- An asset delivered to the vault through AtomicEscrow. The contract checked it arrived.
- Attested
- Stewards documented a purchase the protocol cannot check, such as the off-chain thing a delivered token stands for.
- Unknown
- Neither.
Every token’s page links its token contract, vault, governor and transactions on the explorer, so any figure can be checked there.
Known limits
- Unaudited. The contracts have not been audited.
- The launch wallet cap is not Sybil resistance. It limits one address, not a person.
- Off-chain purchases are not protocol-verified. Capital only leaves a vault in exchange for an ERC-20 or ERC-721 delivered on-chain. What that token stands for off-chain is not checked by the protocol.
- Majority capture. Enough stake can pass reservations within the caps. When a vote leaves the counterparty open, a steward may choose any eligible counterparty, including one they control; pin the counterparty in the vote to exclude that.
- Only the token’s own pool pays its War Chest. Trading the token anywhere else pays it nothing.
- Activity lists trades made through the app’s routers. A swap through any other router still pays the fee, which reaches the War Chest when anyone collects it, but it may not be listed as a trade.
- No conversion. A War Chest holds its quote asset and cannot switch.
- Bought assets stay. There is no path to sell an asset back into the War Chest, and only ERC-20 and ERC-721 assets can be received.
Disclosure
Meme Industries is software: smart contracts and this app. It does not hold funds for anyone, choose or evaluate targets, arrange purchases, or operate anything a War Chest funds. Each token is launched by its creator. Meme Industries does not give investment, legal or tax advice.

Roadmap
Meme Industries is building toward a platform where a meme can be tied to any financial product or outcome, and the community behind it can fund, form and run what it rallies around.
The journey
- Stage 1Launch tokensUnder way
- Stage 2Fund assetsPlanned
- Stage 3Form companiesPlanned
- Stage 4Operate organizationsPlanned
Launch tokens
Every launchpad and every network, on one set of War Chest and governance contracts.
Built
- Solana
- The Meme Industries mechanism
- Uniswap v3 and Uniswap v2
- A bonding curve forked from Pons
- Configurable fees
- War Chest funding
- Holder governance
Planned
Expand launch infrastructure
More ways to launch, each keeping its War Chest and holder governance wherever the technology allows.
What it includes
- Direct integrations with more launchpads: fork their open-source code and remove the original developer's fee, or plug into their launch engine as it runs, then add the Meme Industries fee options, War Chest and governance wherever the technology allows.
- Proxima-style launches: new price discovery mechanisms, programmable launch parameters, liquidity formation and distribution models.
- More launchpads on Robinhood Chain and Solana, such as Long.xyz (Doppler) and Flap.
- Advanced launch settings: price discovery, distribution schedules, vesting, liquidity management and fee structures.
Researched so far: Pools.trade, Bags, Long.xyz. None of them is integrated yet.
Multichain
Manage assets and governance across networks without splitting the treasury.
What it includes
- Robinhood Chain firstMore mechanisms, deeper liquidity, tokenized asset pairs and treasury tools.
- Solana, liveLaunches on Meteora, Pump.fun and Raydium LaunchLab, a War Chest per token and Realms holder governance.
- More EVM networksCross-chain discovery, one treasury report across chains, and moving capital between them.
Distribution and developer infrastructure
Tools that help tokens reach people, and let others build on Meme Industries.
What it includes
- Referrals, creator campaigns, contributor rewards, token-gated communities and automated launch campaigns.
- APIs and SDKs for developers, apps and autonomous agents, so other platforms can run on Meme Industries as infrastructure.
Fund assets
Treasuries that hold, grow and deploy real capital, from stablecoins to tokenized stocks and gold.
War Chest 2.0
Treasury policies and automation, with holders in control.
What it includes
- Multi-asset treasuries: crypto, stablecoins, tokenized equities, bonds and gold.
- Automated allocation: converting fees, recurring buys, rebalancing and approved strategies.
- Distributions: buybacks, grants, recurring payments and programmatic payouts.
- Treasury analytics: holdings, inflows, expenses, performance and history.
- Fee collection from more trading venues.
New markets and asset-backed launches
Tokens paired with, and backed by, real-world assets.
What it includes
- Launches paired with tokenized stocks.
- Real-world asset pairs such as gold, bonds and index products, as trading pairs and as treasury holdings.
- Asset baskets and treasury-backed tokens.
Depends on trading infrastructure, custody and regulation.
Form companies
A launch that can form an entity, open a treasury and appoint operators, with holders setting the rules.
Autonomous companies
A token launch that can start a company.
What it includes
Through integrations with legal and financial providers, Meow for example, a launch could form an LLC, open bank accounts and a treasury, and appoint operators. Five parts:
- Entity formationA legal entity for the token's community.
- Banking and treasuryBank accounts and a treasury that belong to the entity.
- Autonomous operatorsAgents for research, accounting, treasury monitoring, administration and proposal drafting.
- Voting and executionAgents coordinate proposals and votes, and act only within set permissions and spending limits.
- Business administrationVendors, expenses, contracts and reporting, with human approval where required.
The objective: set up and run a token-funded company through Meme Industries.
Programmable treasury governance
Holders define what the organization can do, who acts for it, and under what conditions.
What it includes
- Ongoing mandates, delegated authority, recurring expenses and conditional funding.
- Milestone payments, automated execution, delegated voting, treasury committees and operator permissions.
- Agent assistance, and proposal simulation that shows a proposal's expected financial effect before anyone votes.
Operate organizations
Buying, running and one day selling real things, inside an open network of token-funded organizations.
Acquisitions and business operations
Buying and running real things.
What it includes
- Acquisitions of businesses (through structured entities), real estate and intellectual property such as brands, media rights and software, and new ventures started from scratch.
- An acquisition marketplace where sellers, communities and operators meet.
- Agents for sourcing, analysis, due diligence and proposal drafting.
- After a purchase: reporting, operator pay, treasury management and governance.
The full capital lifecycle
From the first trade to selling what the community built.
What it includes
- LaunchCreate the token and its market. Built.
- AccumulateTrading fees fund the War Chest. Built.
- OrganizeForm the entity and set how it is governed. Planned.
- DeployPut the capital to work. Planned.
- OperateRun what the community owns. Planned.
- Exit or reinvestSell, distribute the proceeds, or reinvest. Planned.
New here: selling assets back into a War Chest, dissolving a treasury, distributing proceeds and reinvesting.
The Meme Industries network
An open network of token-funded organizations.
What it includes
- Organizations that transact with each other: a marketplace for assets and opportunities, shared service providers, an agent marketplace, and financing between organizations.
- Third parties adding launch mechanisms, treasury strategies, governance modules and business apps.
- Communities funding each other through grants, partnerships and shared capital allocation.
The bigger picture
Most launchpads stop once a token trades. Meme Industries is building what comes after.
Trading fees are one source of capital. Holders decide how it is used; legal entities, financial infrastructure and agents carry it out. A token that has earned a few thousand dollars in fees could one day own assets, earn revenue, employ people, run agents and finance other communities: from the first trade to the eventual sale of a business.
