Meme IndustriesUniswap v4 pool with the Meme Industries hook- Token
$ISLAND · Island Time1,000,000,000 tokens, fixed supply. No mint, no owner.- Tagline
- A private island with a public ledger.
- Description
- Pool trading fees toward a small private island, with every inflow and every vote on spending it public.
- Fees
- Buys and sells pay 1%.Charged in USDG, on the quote side of the trade. Fixed at launch.
- Split of each fee
- 20% platform, 10% creator, 70% War Chest
- Platform fee
- 20% of the fee
- 0.2% of each trade. Meme Industries' share of the fee: fixed at 20% whatever fees are chosen, never 20% of the trade.
- Creator
- 10% of the fee
- 0.1% of each trade. Paid into a creator escrow: a quarter vests over 12 months, the rest unlocks only when an acquisition settles on-chain.
- War Chest
- 70% of the fee
- 0.7% of each trade. Held in the token's vault; holders decide by vote how it is spent.
- Pool

- War Chest asset
- USDGFees arrive and stay in USDG. Nothing converts them.
- Market
- Opens at $5,000 (5,000 USDG) fully diluted0.000005 USDG per token. 100% of supply in the locked pool.
- Objective
$ISLANDA private island in Bocas del Toro, PanamaA private island in Bocas del Toro, PanamaCreator provided, not a holder decision.0.62 acres of mangrove with coral on three sides, fifteen minutes by boat from Bocas Town. Asking $299,000.
No image: a typeset poster of the name stands in.Estimated cost $299,000, in US dollars: an estimate, not an authorization. Reaching it unlocks nothing. - Launch wallet cap
- 20% of supplyThe wallet that launches can never hold more than this, counting tokens it stakes. It is a per-wallet cap, not Sybil resistance: it cannot stop one person using several wallets.
- What you control
- Not the War ChestNobody can withdraw it, you included. You start as its only steward: a steward can fund an escrow inside a reservation holders passed, cancel a reservation or escrow (the capital stays in the War Chest), and post a target update note on-chain without a vote (a note only: it does not change the target, which only a holder vote does). Capital leaves only when the counterparty delivers.
- Your fee share
- Holders can end it by majority voteHolders can elect other stewards and remove you as a steward by majority vote. By majority vote they can also end your fee share: new fees stop paying you, and anything in your creator escrow that is not yet claimable goes to the War Chest. Giving your share to someone else takes a 66% supermajority.A steward has to stay active. If no steward acts for 90 days, the token is marked inactive; after another 180 days without governance activity (and no open reservation) it goes dormant, and your fee share ends the same way.
- Governance
- Voting weightStaked tokensHolders vote with tokens they stake in the token's governor. Unstaked tokens do not vote.
- To propose0.5% of staked, at least 0.1% of supplyA proposer needs that much stake (never less than 1,000,000 tokens) a second before proposing, and can have one open proposal at a time.
- Quorum10% of staked, at least 2% of supplyA proposal passes with more FOR than AGAINST votes and FOR votes of at least that much (never less than 20,000,000 tokens). Replacing the creator, paying with reserve tokens and extending the reserve need 66% of votes cast, with FOR votes of at least 20% of staked.
- TimingVoting opens after 1 hour, lasts 3 daysA passed proposal can be executed from 1 day after voting closes, for 30 days. Anyone can execute it, once.
- Cost
- No creation feePlus network gas.
- Launch metadata
- 618 / 2,048 bytesThe image, tagline, description, links and objective above are written into the launch transaction itself, exactly as shown, and cannot be edited afterwards; holders can change the objective later by vote. Nobody signs off on it and there is no registration. Meme Industries reads launch metadata up to 2,048 bytes.
