Platform fee: 20% of the fee; 0.2% of each trade. Meme Industries' share of the fee: fixed at 20% whatever fees are chosen, never 20% of the trade. Uniswap's fee does not reduce it.
Creator: 1.58% of the fee; 0.0158% of each trade, after Uniswap's protocol fee. Paid into a creator escrow: a quarter vests over 12 months, the rest unlocks only when an acquisition settles on-chain. Holders can deactivate or replace the creator by vote.
Pool: None; This mechanism has no pool share of fees.
Uniswap protocol fee: On: 1/6 of the fee; 16.67% of the fee, 0.167% of each trade, taken by Uniswap. The creator and War Chest share the remaining 63.33%; the platform's 20% is unchanged.

The steward can, alone, cancel a reservation or a funded escrow; the capital goes back to the War Chest, so a steward can stop a passed reserve vote from being carried out, but never spend beyond it. When a vote did not name the recipient, stewards choose it. Holders can elect or remove stewards by vote. The creator cannot withdraw the vault, and Meme Industries has no admin path over it.
